What Plan Is Best For You?

  • The Essentials Plan is best for property owners that want a high level of involvement in their property. In this tier you control the base rates and minimum prices of your property. You can set the minimum stay, and decide how guests book your property. You screen guests and decide whether or not to accept bookings. Our platform will automate 80% or more of your interactions with guests, but you will be responsible for any communications with guests that are not handled by our AI or automated platforms.
  • The Professional Plan gives owners a more hands-off approach to the management of their property. You delegate all aspects of communications, marketing, and revenue management to StayBettr. We coordinate with your cleaners and caretakers so you can focus on your life, not managing your vacation home!
  • The Elite Plan is designed for owners who have 4 or more homes listed with us. Our Elite Plan is also great for motels, inns, and boutique hotels looking to outsource their revenue and channel management, and other functions.

Our most popular plan gives property owners a hands off experience. StayBettr coordinates with your local caretaker and handles all guest communications.

  • Annual Commitment: Starting at $124/month
  • Month-To-Month Commitment: Starting at $174/month
  • One-Time Start Up Fee: $499

 Property Requirements:

  • Property Tier: Must be entirely self-contained units, and not share any common space with a host or permanent tenant living onsite.
  • Guest Safety: Must meet our minimum safety standards or local code requirements, whichever are more stringent.
  • Operate Legally: Your property must operate legally and obtain any required operating permits and/or business or tax licenses.
  • Location: Available anywhere in the United States.

  • Cleaners can upload photos to our app to confirm that cleaning has been completed. 
  • We can provide SMS and push alerts to caretakers relaying any last minute bookings or changes.

 Regulatory Compliance

  • Hospitality and Sales Taxes: To list your home on platforms outside of Airbnb you must obtain appropriate licenses to collect and remit all required sales and occupancy taxes.
  • Insurance: You must maintain appropriate insurance coverage on the property that covers you for perils and periods of time that are not covered by StayBettr Protect.
  • Emergency Support: You must comply with any local regulations regarding emergency property management contacts.
  • Fair Housing: You must comply with all fair housing requirements, and you may not discriminate against any protected class.
  • Agency Relationship: No agency relationship exists. Property Owners are procuring our service platform and are CUSTOMERS.  Guests booking properties are the customers of the property owner.

  • The receive the annual plan monthly rate, you pay for the year up front.
  • Services sold in the marketplace have different fee structures.

     Pricing:

    • Annual Commitment: Starting at 10% of Net Revenue*
    • Month-To-Month Commitment: Starting at 12% of Net Revenue*
    • Flat Rate Options: Yes
    • One-Time Start-Up Fee: $699, waived with an annual commitment.

     Property Requirements:

    • Property Tier: Must be able to generate acceptable rental rates, and meet the expectations of mid-tier and up-market guests.
    • Guest Safety: Must meet our minimum safety standards or local code requirements, whichever are more stringent.
    • Operate Legally: Your property must operate legally and obtain any required operating permits. We maintain tax licensure on your behalf.
    • Location: Available in New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.

    • Fair Housing: We comply with all fair housing requirements, and we do not discriminate against any protected class.
    • Agency Relationship: We are your agent with an exclusive right-to-rent. The property owners are CLIENTS, and guests are CUSTOMERS.
